Payment Terms:
1. All fees should be paid in advance, either in cash or by electronic payment.
2. Each of the services provided by the company (counseling services, nutritional supplement services, and hair/tissue analysis services - sports center services) has its own fee.
3. The service dates will be confirmed upon payment of the fees in full.
4. The customer has the right to make a temporary reservation of (20 Kuwaiti dinars) non-refundable unless the company cancels the reservation. If the appointment is confirmed and the remaining fees are paid, the temporary reservation value will be deducted from the service value.
Terms of cancellation:
Canceling confirmed appointments for any of the services
• In case, the customer wants to cancel the appointment a week before the appointment date, the service amount will be fully refunded.
• In the event that the client wants to cancel the appointment before 5 days, 10% of the amount paid will be deducted.
• If the customer wants to cancel the appointment within 4 days before the appointment, 25% of the amount paid will be deducted.
• If the customer wants to cancel the appointment on the same day, 75% of the amount paid will be deducted.
• In the event that the customer is eligible for a refund, the amount will be transferred within 14 working days from the date of the return receipt.
• Sports club subscriptions are non-refundable and subject to the stated regulatory conditions.
Cancel the reservation of tissue analysis
• In case, the customer wants to cancel the appointment a week before the appointment date, the service amount will be fully refunded.
• In the event that the client wants to cancel the appointment before 5 days, 10% of the amount paid will be deducted.
• If the customer wants to cancel the appointment within 4 days before the appointment, 25% of the amount paid will be deducted.
• If the center takes a sample of tissue and prepares it, the customer does not have the right to retrieve any of what he owes in exchange for this service, given its connection to other external procedures.
Nutritional supplements:
1. For the mere purchase of a nutritional supplement, you agree that the offered nutritional supplements do not aim to diagnose or treat any disease, and it is not possible under any circumstances to dispense with medical advice and follow-up with the specialist doctor.
2. Food supplement is not a cure.
3. Never exceed the limit recommended by your doctor or the leaflet supplied with the supplement.
Returns nutritional supplements
1. The supplement can be replaced upon ensuring that the package is not opened or destroyed within 3 days of the purchase process.
2. In the event that any damaged package is received, it can be replaced within 72 hours from the date of purchase, after which the customer will be responsible for it.
Sports Club:
1. All clients are required to present the reservation invoice or what is evidenced by each visit to the club or upon request.
2. The club reserves the right to close the club for basic maintenance, employee training, or official holidays and reschedule appointments in accordance with the aforementioned work, provided that the client is obligated to inform the client at least two days before closing, the period of closure, the date of resumption of work, and the dates that have been rescheduled.
3. The trainer must be notified in the event of any previous injuries, and the center shall not bear any consequences for this matter in the absence of prior notification.
4. The schedules for booking appointments are subject to changes with a commitment to inform the customer of the changes that have occurred. The available quotas are verified by communicating through various channels and obtaining payment notifications and through the website and customer service on the number 22200201.
Conditions for subscriptions to the sports club:

4. You can benefit from a package of 6 classes during a period of one month only. The customer is not entitled to claim the rest of the training sessions if he exceeds this period.
5. A 12 classes package can be used within three months only. The customer is not entitled to claim the rest of the training sessions if he exceeds this period.
6. The administration has the right to grant an exception according to the customer’s testimony and according to the reservation schedule.
